Loan to Value:	Up to 65% of the disposition value of the collateral based on the estimated cash price given 180 day marketing time.
Interest Rates:	From 8% - 14%, Risk adjusted, depends upon collateral and loan structure.
Origination Fees:	Risk adjusted, depends upon collateral, borrower and loan structure.
Term:	3 to 36 months
Appraisals:	Often times not required; however depending on market and product type a restricted use report might be necessary.
Tax Returns:	Requested, but not required.
Time to Fund:	As few as 5 business days; however depends upon borrower’s ability to provide accurate information on time.
Closing Costs:	Standard third party costs such as title, escrow and legal. Reasonable site inspection fee for properties located outside of Southern California.
